Connie Farrow is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed in the state of Colorado. She is the owner of Connect Movement Center LLC, starting the clinic in November 2020. She lives in Fairplay and has a passion for serving the Park County community.
Connie was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She worked in accounting, finance, regulatory audit, and as a consultant before returning to school full-time to pursue her passion for physical therapy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. Connie has clinical experience treating the neurologic, orthopedic, and geriatric populations. While she loves treating everything that comes her way, she has a special interest in neurological conditions, treating dizziness and vertigo, reducing fall risk, and treating chronic pain conditions. Connie has been trained in Functional Dry Needling Level 1 and 2 and enjoys using this technique for its neuromuscular benefits.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and being a dog mom.
Tonya Steffens
Our office manager Tonya moved to Colorado from Kansas City in 2022. Movement and fitness have always been a passion of hers. Since transitioning to life in the mountains she has become a NASM certified personal trainer. We look forward to offering personal training and small group fitness to our Connect Movement community. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, skiing and camping with her husband and their dog.
