IMPORTANT UPDATE

It has been wonderful to provide the Park County community with physical therapy services since 2020. We appreciate all your support and kindness over the years. Connect Movement Center LLC is now closed. Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is planning to step in later this year to continue physical therapy services for the community.

For recent and current clients, if we do not already have arrangements in process, please let us know how we can best support you and coordinate continued care. If you ever need medical records sent, the preferred way to request is via this email: info@connectmovementcenter.com.

Please allow 3 business days for us to get back you. You can leave a detailed voice or text message at (719)838-4083. Email is preferred at info@connectmovementcenter.com. For those with outstanding balances, we would appreciate payment as soon as possible. You can make arrangements to pay over the phone. We always appreciate payments via check instead.
